New Build Chichester
Construction of a brand new 7 bedroom 6 bathroom home near Chichester.
The project was built for a private client and included the demolition of the existing property.
Finishes included a completely bespoke kitchen, a spacious penplan living area and a double garage.
New Build Tadworth
The project involved the new build of three new family houses in Tadworth, all built to NHBC standards.
Two four-bedroom two bathroom semi detached properties were built along with one detached four-bedroom property.
The project included glass balconies and full landscaping.
Extension South Nutfield
The project was an extension to an existing house to provide a bigger kitchen and living area complete with a walk-in pantry and a boot room.
Along with a bespoke kitchen, the extension included solid wood floors, a roof lantern, a fireplace and bi-fold doors.
Extension Nutfield
Carried out for a private client, this project included a very large extension to a family house and the complete replacement of all windows and doors.
Finishes included underfloor heating, porcelain tiling, bespoke wardrobes, bookshelves and a bespoke kitchen.
All original features were retained and restored, the property was redecorated throughout, and the project included landscaping.
Conversion Handcross
The project was a conversion of existing commercial property into two flats.
We required, replumbed, installed new bathrooms and kitchens, restored existing sash windows and retained and restored all period features.
